My husband was going to attend 3-month training overseas; it had something to do with the latest advances and development in computer software.  His company will be sending him and a few others to attend the said training, and later on will be the ones to disseminate and train the other employees.  It was hard for me since three months is such a long time, and our baby is just a few months old.

As if sensing my sadness, he said that although he was physically away from us, there are still ways that we can stay in touch.  He decided to look at laptops, camcorders and digital cameras that I can use while he was away.  Camcorders and digital cameras will help me record videos and pictures, and attaching them to laptops, will enable me upload the files and send them to my husband’s facebook account through the internet.  And also through webcam and chat, it’s like we’re talking face-to-face.  Thank goodness for technology, the three months that he will away won’t seem to be that long anymore.
